BEN AFFLECK was driving around Santa Monica on Saturday when he knocked the sideview mirror off a parked car.  So he stopped and left a note.

It read, "Hi, knocked off your mirror!  Very sorry!  Will cover everything.  Ben."  It also had his contact information on it.  (Check out some pics here.)  (E! Online, TMZ)
