Want Your Kid to Eat Vegetables? Try Spraying Them With Sugar
Believe it or not, the best way to make kids eat something healthy is to make it taste UNHEALTHY. A study out of the University of Connecticut found if you spray vegetables with a little mist of sugar, kids are FAR more likely to eat them.
Of course, then you're making your kid think that vegetables taste like candy, so how do you wean them off that? The researchers say you can switch to unsweetened vegetables once your kids make vegetable eating a habit, and they won't mind. Sure . . .
