S. McCarran & Virginia

Traffic on S. McCarran Boulevard between S. Virginia Street and Airway Drive on the east side of town is experiencing delays due to construction.  Vehicles moving west on McCarran Boulevard, toward Virginia Street, could experience a 20-minute delay.  One lane is open in each direction.  The current road restrictions will extend through Aug. 2.

Airway Drive to Moana Lane is one good alternative to access Virginia
Street and the shopping centers.

The work is part of a $16 million improvement project that is
reconstructing the pavement at this location.

Updates will follow.
