ALANA "HONEY BOO BOO" THOMPSON is seven years old, which is definitely too old to be wearing diapers.  But the "National Enquirer" says SHE STILL DOES.

The pint-size reality TV star’s pull-up was plain to see when she appeared with her mother, June “Mama” Shan­non, to receive the title of “Miss Extra” at The Grove mall in Los Angeles.

And that wasn’t the only time she’s been spotted sporting a diaper. “I was at their home a year ago, and Alana was running around the house wearing nothing but a diaper then,” Ca­leb Clark, ex-boyfriend of Alana’s oldest sister Anna “Chick­adee” Shannon, told The ENQUIRER.

“I was wonder­ing, ‘Isn’t she toilet-trained yet? What’s wrong with these people?’” Experts agree that Alana should have passed through that stage by now. “It’s abnormal to still be in diapers at that age,” lead­ing pediatrician Dr. Sandy Newmark told The ENQUIRER. “After ruling out any possible medical cause, I’d seek psychological help for the child.”
