Taco Bell is Finally Getting Some Desserts Besides Those Horrible Cinnamon Twists
11/8/2012
It's about time Taco Bell took dessert seriously. Because those horrible Cinnamon Twists have NEVER gotten the job done. Today, they're announcing a brand new dessert menu including churros and cookie sandwiches.
Churros are those long, skinny, fried-dough things, covered in cinnamon and sugar. And they taste NOTHING like the Cinnamon Twists. The cookie sandwiches feature two chocolate chip cookie triangles held together with vanilla cream filling. They're also making caramel apple empanadas a permanent, nationwide item. Until now, those have only showed up occasionally at various Taco Bells.
And all of their desserts will be less than $1 each.
They're also debuting new Triple-XL steak nachos, which they say are, "restaurant-size nachos."
