There's about a one-in-50 chance that, starting January 1st, one of your employees will be on a quest to GET RID OF YOU.  According to a new survey by the jobs website Glassdoor, 2% of workers say their TOP New Year's resolution for 2013 is to figure out a way to get their boss FIRED. 

Some people are taking a slightly less aggressive path, by just looking for a new job, 23% say their main goal is to find a new job.  Of the people who are planning to actually stay at their jobs, 33% say their top resolution is to get a raise.
