Good News: Smart Kids, Smart Dogs, and Some Kindergarten Kindness

Here are a few more Good News stories making the rounds.

  1. A kid in Orlando missed his kindergarten graduation last month because his family had to fly off to a wedding. But his parents brought his cap and gown along, and the flight attendants at Frontier threw him a graduation ceremony on the plane.  He walked down the aisle, and everyone cheered.  (Here’s the video.)

  2. Speaking of graduates: A couple in Florida named Tracey and Mike Rendina are proud parents after all four of their daughters graduated as valedictorian of their class.  They range in age from 18 to 24.  Their youngest daughter Ryleigh graduated high school last month.  (Here’s a photo.)

  3. Time for a “Lassie” remake? A guy in Oregon lost control of his truck last weekend, went over an embankment, and ended up in a stream.  But he’s alive after his dog ran four miles back to his family’s campsite to get help.
