Actress Emmy Rossum, 34, and husband Sam Esmail, 43, have welcomed a baby girl together. Rossum announced the baby news in an Instagram post on Tuesday alongside two black-and-white maternity photos and the caption: “5.24.21. On a sunny Monday morning, at 8:13 AM, we welcomed our daughter into the world.” Rossum also posted a picture of of her newborn’s footprint.
This is the first child for Rossum and Esmail, who is the creator of Mr. Robot. Esmail sand Rossum were engaged in 2015 after two years of dating, and tied the knot in May 2017 in an intimate ceremony at Central Synagogue in New York City before a lavish reception at the Guggenheim Museum.
