Would You Go to a Real-Life Jurassic Park? Most Americans Wouldn’t

This Sunday is National Dinosaur Day, so here’s a question:  If there was a real-life Jurassic Park, would you go?  Or would you rather NOT be eaten?

YouGov polled more than 5,000 Americans.  And most of us DON’T think it would be worth the risk.  Less than a third said they’d definitely buy tickets.

Only 29% said they’d go, 50% said no way, and 21% said maybe.

Men were more likely to say yes, 35% vs. 23% of women.  And the older you are, the less likely you are to think it would be fun.  Only 17% of seniors would go to a real-life Jurassic Park, compared to 41% of people under 30.

They also asked if people think we should TRY to bring back dinosaurs like they did in the movie.  Only 18% said yes, 57% said no, and 25% aren’t sure if it’s a good idea.

(By the way, “Jurassic Park” turns 32 next month.  It hit theaters nationwide on June 11th, 1993.)
