1. “Greenland 2: Migration” (PG-13) Trailer
Gerard Butler and Morena Baccarin return for the sequel to that 2020 movie about a massive comet destroying most of the Earth, and survivors fighting their way to take shelter in an underground bunker in Greenland. It takes place 10 years later, with the Garrity family forced to leave the safety of the Greenland bunker to find a new home in what’s left of Europe.
2. “Primate” (R) Trailer
A horror movie about a group of friends being stalked by a family’s beloved pet chimpanzee after it turns violent from being infected with rabies. It stars Johnny Sequoyah, who you may remember as Audrey from “Dexter: New Blood”.
3. And now, some limited releases you may or may not care about:
“Bulls”, a sports comedy about two brothers who take a chance at competing in the World Darts Championship in order to try to save their bar, despite the fact that they’re HORRIBLE at the game. (Trailer)
“Dead Man’s Wire”, starring Bill Skarsgard as a guy who become sort of an outlaw folk hero after abducting a guy with a shotgun to get his bank to admit to screwing him over on his mortgage. Dacre Montgomery (“Stranger Things”), Colman Domingo (“Fear the Walking Dead”) and Al Pacino are also in it.
