Did you miss this TikTok hack? It went viral last fall, but it’s already trending again as we’re all trying to be “healthier” in the new year.
TikTok says to start your morning by JUMPING 50 times. There’s nothing else to it. Just jump up and down 50 times in a row.
A handful of people who’ve tried it claim it’s LIFE CHANGING. Others say that’s a stretch, but it HAS made a noticeable difference.
One woman did it for a week and said it made her feel “more awake,” “lighter” on her feet, and just better in general all day.
So what do experts say? Apparently, YES, starting your morning by jumping might be a good idea. No need to jump high, just fast.
It gets your blood flowing and improves circulation. It also activates your muscles. And over time, it makes your bones stronger. The other big benefit is it WAKES YOU UP, no caffeine required.
