There’s been talk about scientists trying to revive the Woolly Mammoth, and I hope they do, so we can test its ferocity on THESE GUYS.
Two men in Missouri are facing felony charges after they damaged a wholly mammoth fossil at a museum attraction in the Ozarks earlier this month.
The men, Brett Howard and Todd Azevedo, are in their mid-40s, so they SHOULD know better. One of them told the other to grab the tusk of a woolly mammoth fossil, and lifted him onto his shoulders so he could reach it.
The other guy grabbed the tusk, and attempted to hang from it, causing it to shatter and fall to the floor in pieces. They tried to run off, but the whole thing was caught on security cameras.
The tusk weighed about 200 pounds, and was worth around $200,000. Both men were arrested. They’re each looking at up to four years in prison if convicted.
