India Is Solving Its Border Problem, with Crocodiles and Snakes?

America has been trying to improve its border security for DECADES, with guards and patrol agents, technology and surveillance, fences and walls, and even making the country a less desirable place.

But India has a CREATIVE solution:  Indian border security officials are considering “deploying CROCODILES and SNAKES in rivers” along borders.

This is primarily along the wet, marshy stretches of India’s border with Bangladesh, which isn’t really suitable for fencing and physical barriers. These areas can flood, and the river pathways shift over time.

The idea is that a possible “biological barrier” could make this area more challenging to cross.  But wildlife experts say it could be a huge mistake, because dumping all these predators into the area could have a major and irreversible impact on the local ecosystems.

(Crocodiles and snakes may work, but at the expense of adding a FLORIDA to your country.  And India probably doesn’t want to do that.  I mean, why not add in hurricanes, 80-year-old retirees on the roads, and “Florida Man” energy.)  (???)
