Sunny 106.9 wants to send your child to camp this summer with Sierra Nevada Journeys!
For nearly 20 years, Sierra Nevada Journeys has been inspiring young minds through hands-on outdoor learning and unforgettable summer camp experiences. Junior Explorers Summer Day Camp is a chance for kids to connect with nature, dive into exciting activities, and enjoy plenty of refreshing water play every day.
Designed for kids ages 6 to 8 years old, they’re bringing the fun of summer camp to Reno’s Rosewood Nature Area, so kids can enjoy adventures close to home.
As a parent, you’ll appreciate their small group sizes with a 1 to 6 counselor-to-camper ratio and a maximum of 30 campers per week. Their carefully designed program helps kids gain confidence, build independence, and form new friendships in a structured and safe setting. Save $40 per week by also signing up a sibling.
